How to do Alternate Nostril Breathing?

This video is a short session on Alternate Nostril Breathing. Alternate Nostril Breathing (ANB) (Sanskrit: Anulom Vilom) is an ancient yoga pranayama practice that helps clean our energy channels, which leads to numerous benefits—for our cardiovascular functions, lungs, and cognitive processing. In this video, first, we learn how to do alternate nostril breathing, and later we practice it for a few minutes. In the early stages, you can do this practice for three to five minutes a day, but as your gain more experience, you can extend this breathing technique for 30 to 45 minutes, once or even twice a day.
