With 60 years of collective experience, we are dedicated to helping people reduce their stress and anxiety levels through our guided meditations originating from ancient Eastern traditions: Pranayama (Breath) Meditations, Mindful Yoga, and, most importantly, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction sessions that can lessen chronic anxiety and stress, thereby generating higher positive emotions, making life fulfilling with better overall well-being.
