Yoga for Asthma

- Sama Vritti Pranayama (Sanskrit: Sama means same) or Equal breathing or Box breathing technique

- Salamba Bhujangasana (Sanskrit: Salamba means to support, and Bhujanga means Cobra snake) or Sphinx pose and relax in Makarasana (Sanskrit: Makara means crocodile) or the Crocodile pose
Gomukhasana (Sanskrit: Go means cow, Mukha means face) or the Cow Face pose is an ancient yoga pose from Darshan Upanishad from around the 4th century. Darshan Upanishad is a classical text on yoga linked to Samveda, one of the four Vedas.
